Does this have the 02 sensor holes? can I just bolt mine in? the picture is too small to tellYes it does. One in the header, one in the down pipe, and one in the test pipe. Depending on what vehicle you drive is where you put the o2 sensor. Definitely in the header and on my 2000 honda civic it goes in the test pipe not the down pipe.
